Conn's CEO Resigns
Conn's said Monday that Timothy Frank has resigned as CEO and has been replaced on an interim basis by Theodore M. Wright.
Frank, who will also step down from the board, is leaving to "pursue other opportunities," the company said in a statement. Frank replaced his father, Thomas, as the company's CEO in June 2009, after he was named CEO-designate the previous year.
“Conn’s has represented an incredible opportunity for me and my family," Frank said in a statement. "At this time, however, I intend to focus on my desire to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities with earlier growth stage businesses. I am confident in Conn’s executive team, including key leaders who have been with the Company for many years, and the Company’s dedicated and customer focused associates.”
