Toshiba said Thursday that it is introducing its first-ever 3D TV, along with its greater Cinema Series line. The LED-based WX800 also sports a depth of less than 1.2 inches, and is available in 46- and 55-inch sizes, with MSRPs of $2,599.99 and $3,299.99.
The 46- and 55-inch LED versions, the VX700, will retail for $2,299.99 and $2,799.99 in the two sizes. All four TVs are available now.
"With the new Toshiba Cinema Series models, we have created a brand of televisions that provides consumers with luxurious design, exciting features, high quality, and pride of ownership, without sacrificing true value and ease of use," Scott Ramirez, Vice President of Product Marketing and Development for Toshiba's Television and Digital A/V, said as part of the announcement.
