Jack Truong, the CEO of Electrolux's North American operation, has resigned, the company announced.According to the Charlotte Observer, Truong has resigned to "pursue other interests" and will be replaced on an interim basis by Keith McLoughlin, CEO of the Swedish parent company.
“I want to thank Jack for his many contributions to Electrolux. We wish him and his family all the best for the future”, McLoughlin said in a statement.
The company also said it plans to incur a quarterly loss, and that seeking to get things in order prior to the closing of its acquisition of GE's appliance business.
