Urbanears Releases French Open-Inspired Hellas Active Headphones
With the French Open set to commence early next week, Urbanears is celebrating the annual tennis major with a new Roland–Garros-themed edition of their Hellas headphones. The company collaborated with Roland–Garros to design the product with a color scheme that will be immediately recognizable to fans of the famous venue.
The French Open, held at the legendary Parisian tennis venue each year, opens on May 16 and runs through June 5. What makes the event different from the three other majors that take place throughout the tennis calendar is the famous clay court. So, to celebrate the tournament, Urbanears and Roland–Garros got together and collaborated on a clay-colored edition of the Urbanears Hellas Active headphones.
Here at Dealerscope, we recently reviewed the Hellas Active—they performed pretty nicely. What makes the headphones stand out (aside from the new color scheme) is the sweat-friendly design. After working out and working up a sweat, the user can simply pop off the mesh ear pads and head strap and throw them in the wash. Add onto that the fact that these are wireless, Bluetooth headphones, and you’ve got yourself a pair of stylish and convenient headphones for working out.
