Verizon Debuts New Store Design
Verizon Wireless has introduced a new store design, featuring high-tech innovations, that eventually will be featured in nearly 300 of its stores. In addition to a new design, the new concept will include a demo zone, kiosks for both check-in and bill-payment, and 55 working models of phones and other products.
The new design has already debuted in 100 stores, with nearly 200 more to come.
“Our new stores feature an evolutionary approach,” the company’s executive vice president and COO, Jack Plating, said in the announcement. “The sales and customer service areas are designed to engage shoppers and deliver a great experience for new customers as well as current customers.”
