My husband and I both learned the business at the same time, but I had one set of things to learn as a female that were different than what he had to learn. Most importantly, I learned that you have to be sensitive and patient. Those aren’t two qualities that a lot of people assign to me. For one thing, I think too fast, and when I talk, I’ve already moved on to the next thing I’m thinking about.
