Vizio Tablet Gets Hulu Plus

Vizio announced Wednesday that its new 8" Android tablet will support Hulu Plus. The TV streaming service will be available to users of the tablet for $7.99 a month.

The tablet arrived last week with a retail price of $299.

“The Vizio Tablet was designed to provide a world class Internet content experience and we are proud to be one of the first Android-powered tablets to support Hulu Plus,” Matt McRae, Chief Technology Officer of Vizio, said as part of the announcement. “Vizio is committed to delivering innovative products to consumers that break new ground, deliver new services and address gaps in the industry.”
