Wal*Mart To Allow Product Reviews
Wal*Mart said this week that it will for the first time allow its customers to review their merchandise, Reuters reported.
A company executive told Reuters that the reviews will appear in order to develop Wal*Mart’s Web site, and because customers had requested it. Customers will be able to review every product on a 1-to-5 stars scale, with one being the lowest score and five being the highest.
Last week, Wal*Mart finished the rollout of its “site-to-store” program, allows customers to order products online and then have them shipped, free of charge, to nearby Wal*Mart stores.
