This is how we intend to go about pre-purchase discussion with our customers. For many years, we have been soliciting post-service feedback from our customers. We do a survey on a random number of customers who had service every month. This tool is used for customer satisfaction ratings for our servicers, our call center, as a fraud detection tool, and to learn about how we can improve our processes. These surveys go out via e-mail and mail. We incentivize customers to respond with a quarterly prize of an iPod.
