Sony Reader Gets Price Cut
Weeks after its rival Kindle and Nook both had their prices cut, Sony has announced a cut of its own for all three editions of the Sony Reader ereader.
According to PCMag, the Reader Pocket Edition has seen a $20 price cut to $149.99, while the Touch Edition is now $169.99, $30 lower than previously. The Reader Daily Edition's price has been dropped $50, to $299.99.
Amazon already lowered its main Kindle's price to $189, and its Kindle DX by more than $100 to $379. The Barnes and Noble Nook's 3G edition had its price lowered to $199.
