Wii Fit Set To Appear This Spring
The Nintendo Wii-based exercise game “Wii Fit,” which has been a runaway success in Europe and Japan since its release late last year, is set to make its debut in the U.S. in the second quarter of this year, the Web site Joystiq reported Monday.
The game should continue the emerging trend of Wii players using the console as an exercise tool.
“Wii Fit” was included on a list of nearly 150 games announced by Nintendo last week. Others include “Mario Kart,” “LEGO: Indiana Jones,” “Super Dodgeball Brawlers,” and some sequels to “Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.”
