Willingness to Share
You don’t have to let every idea out of the bag, and certainly you don’t have to air all of your company laundry to anyone who will listen. But the truth is: the dealer that clams up at trade shows and buying group meetings is probably the same dealer that has a hard time coming up with new ideas. If you don’t want to talk to anyone, odds are, no one will want to talk to you.
