World Wide Stereo Stayed Open During the Storm
Power remained out throughout much of the East Coast Wednesday after the landfall of Hurricane Sandy, but one consumer electronics mainstay in the region remained open.
World Wide Stereo, based in Montgomeryville, Pa., implored customers on a sign during the hurricane to "come on in! We have power, warmth and Wi-Fi!," three things still in short supply following the storm.
