XM Unveils XpressRC
XM announced Monday their latest radio, the XpressRC. The device offers a color split-screen display that allows users to view currently playing content on one screen while browsing for different content on another. The second screen can display up to three alternate channels at once. The split screen can also display five of the up to ten favorite songs users can save on the unit.
In addition, the radio features a 60-minute buffer that allows users to time-shift programming DVR-style. It also automatically adjusts screen brightness from day to night and features TuneSelect, which lets users know when their favorite songs, artists or sports teams are on another channel.
The radio becomes available this fall with an MSRP of $169.99.
