Our two main events are CEDIA Expo and InfoComm. We traditionally head into both shows with our vendors’ latest and greatest introductions, and a full schedule of training sessions, promotions and more.
In addition, we host a series of training sessions here at our headquarters. As part of Capitol’s CLI On Campus training program, we bring in product specialists from a wide range of companies to work closely with our customers to ensure they are up to speed on the most relevant new technologies and products, as well as the best practices for marketing these new developments to their client base. Also, we run an online CLI component to make it easy for our customers to take part in the comfort of their office.
In addition to trade shows, Capitol is bullish about customer service, which we believe starts long before we make the sale. Our sales engineers are expert at working one-on-one with our clients, with an emphasis on design support that all but guarantees the best fit for each specific project. After the sale, our technical service group is on call to help our customers through the installation and any servicing issues that may crop up along the way.
Ultimately, it’s a matter of providing the best products and service, where and when our customers need them. In fact, we provide a multi-tiered shipping program that guarantees free shipping on all but the smallest orders, just to make sure projects are completed quickly and efficiently.

In 2014, CWR Electronics will be exhibiting at IBEX, Outdoor Retailer, and the International Workboat Show, where dealers can view some of the latest products in action. In addition to our trade show appearances, CWR is always improving in ways that help our dealers add dollars and margin to their sales. CWR is consistently adding new products, manufacturers, and even categories to keep our customers on the cutting edge of technology. Accessories, specifications, manuals, quick guides and brochures are readily available on our web site, providing all the information our dealers need to close a sale. With the addition of a second level to our fully stocked warehouse in 2014, CWR will be able to house even more product inventory, increase order automation, and expand product diversity.
