The Most Important Person in Your Business
Do you ever take time to consider whom the most important person is in your business today?
I am sure some of you believe it could be the company CFO. Those who think this way are most likely CFOs. After all, in today’s climate, who could be more important? They handle financing, cash flow, payroll, HR, the rules and regulations of business, government regulations, pensions, retirements, and, well, all that stuff. Certainly, we would have to give some props to the CFO.
Or what about the president and/or CEO or your COO? Here is the one person that sets the bar, the vision, the direction and the leadership. This is the person that puts it on the line with the shareholders and the public. Without a president, who would we send to prison for all of the nasty, evil stuff the government thinks the business does and sometimes even get caught for doing?
