Motorola Unveils New 5G Smartphone

Motorola has announced a new 5G smartphone that’s joining its lineup, which features tons of cool updates and full HD+ display. The moto g power 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 930 octa-core processor, giving it a powerful 5G performance with frequencies up to 2.2GHz. The 6nm chip allows for faster downloads and the storage capacity, either 4GB or 6GB, lets users keep plenty of photos and other data. The phone has a 6.5-inch full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, giving it an 84 percent screen-to-body ratio. 

In other news, Google is reportedly planning to add a conversational artificial intelligence tool to its Search page. The product, which will be similar in style to ChatGPT, will allow users to ask Google questions and receive results through Search. In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Google CEO Sundar Pichai said the company will soon begin integrating large language models into Google Search but did not give a specific timeline. Back in March, Google released its own ChatGPT competitor, called Bard, which was first unveiled in early February. 

Lastly, 1,000 independent retail businesses attended Nationwide Marketing Group’s 60th PrimeTime in Dallas last month. The industry’s premier event, which gives retailers the opportunity to network, was themed around the idea of being “Customer Obsessed.” The show was highlighted by a variety of educational seminars, with over 4,100 session attendees. Several exciting announcements also occurred at the show, including the Home Technology Specialists Nationwide group announcing its rebranding as Oasys Residential Technology Group.
