Screen Research announced this week that it has been selected as the official screen partner for the Marché du Film at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. The world’s most acclaimed film festival, Cannes began Wednesday on the French Riviera. Projector screens from the company will be included in the festival’s international film market, as well as in the Short Film Corner screening rooms. “Screen Research’s projection screens are designed to deliver the highest level of cinema quality and to exceed audio and video broadcast standards, as demanded by the most discriminating of audiences, the film industry itself,” the company’s CEO, Yves Trélohan,
The six-year-old StJohn Group, the exclusive North American distributor of select design-oriented lines to an 800-dealer network of custom integrators, will begin shipping next month its first video product ever: the inaugural model in a new line of front projectors it has taken on.
