An attempt by a group of low-wattage television stations to block the government’s DTV converter box program has been rejected by a federal appeals court, the Associated Press reported. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia last week shot down a request from the Community Broadcasters Association to stop the sale of government-subsidized converter boxes.
