California is pumping the brakes on Uber. The car service is being sued for misleading business practices by the district attorneys in San Francisco, Uber's home city, and Los Angeles. The suit, filed Tuesday, accuses the company of misrepresenting the extent to which it screens its drivers, and charging bogus fees.

RadioShack this week announced the arrival of a new smobile device repair service called Fix It Here. The Service starts at just $39.99, and includes a  six-month warranty on parts and labor.

Polk this week introduced its new Striker gaming headset at the E3 Expo in Los Angeles. The product, Polk said, offers the gaming market "audiophile-grade sound performance in a well-constructed, affordable and attractive design."

The annual E3 Expo gets underway in Los Angeles on Monday. Microsoft, EA and Sony have press conferences scheduled for Monday, with Nintendo to follow Tuesday.
