ADI said Monday that it has opened a pair of new branches, both in the Southeast. ADI is now operating in Jackson, Miss. and Mobile, Ala.

Electronics store hhgregg Inc. announced Tuesday that it plans to hire 250 workers for new stores scheduled to open this spring in Pittsburgh, Penn., and Mobile, Ala.

The Indianapolis-based retailer said it expects to hire 50 employees for a new store scheduled for Mobile, and another 200 for four new stores scheduled for Pittsburgh. The jobs will be in sales, warehousing, customer service and store management. The company currently has about 6,200 total employees.
