The mobile shopping app Curbside has announced a program to make its services available to Best Buy customers in some Northern California cities, TechCrunch reported Wednesday.
This first-ever conference, hosted by Dealerscope and Ryan Retail Consulting, was held Sept. 29 through Oct. 2 in Northern California wine country at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa. It drew top-level vendors and the industry’s most influential retail executives, who networked with and witnessed presentations from the nation’s technology visionaries. Last night’s opening cocktail party marked the inception of the first-ever FutureVision Conference, where the industry’s drivers – technology visionaries, leading vendors and solutions providers and executives from consumer electronics’ most influential retailers – are meeting to network and share their business stratagems for the days and months ahead. The three-day conference, hosted by Dealerscope and Ryan Retail Consulting, is being held at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in the heart of Northern California wine country. Best Buy said Thursday that it has finished the first rollout of its new Sony and Samsung store-within-a-stores. The stores are in place in such markets as Philadelphia, Los Angeles and Oklahoma City; a complete list is here.
