Almo Professional A/V has announced a "bonus" event for its E4 AV Tour, with an E4 Philadelphia Expo scheduled for August 15 at the Valley Force Casino & Resort in King of Prussia, Pa.

In a merger of e-commerce firms, GSI Commerce announced Thursday that has purchased Accretive Commerce for $97.5 million. The boards of directors of both companies have approved the transaction. GSI, based in King of Prussia, Pa., outside of Philadelphia, represents retailers, as well as entertainment companies and sports leagues, with clients that include Ace Hardware, Linens ‘n’ Things, and the NBA. The North Carolina-based Accretive’s clients include Godiva and American Eagle. The deal is expected to close within 60 days.
