D-Tools, Inc., announced this week that Utz Baldwin, the CEO of CEDIA, will deliver a keynote address for its first annual Virtual D-Tools University online event.

Consumer Technology Publishing Group, the parent company of Dealerscope magazine, will host an event this December along with D-Tools University, the companies announced Monday.
