Age: 37 Career History: In college, Tony was drawn to the math challenge of actuarial science, but jumped into business with Gateway as a marketing manager in 1992. He became a director in Gateway’s notebook division before moving on to Visontek in 1999, diversifying product lines and sales channels. In 2004 Grasso, Richy Story and ex-Gateway employee Bart Brown founded Rhino Mounts, but just as Rhino’s mounts were ready for market, Gateway backed away from the plasma TV business, and Rhino successfully scrambled to build a customer base. In 2005, Grasso and Lap Shun “John” Hui founded K2 Mounts to focus on motorized mounts.
