Vizio, Inc., has announced a major new advertising campaign geared towards promoting the company’s sponsorship of the upcoming Olympics coverage on NBC. The campaign’s first ad will debut during the Opening Ceremony of the games, on August 8. “The NBC Olympic relationship presents a unique opportunity to introduce VIZIO’S new XVT line to a massive audience of mainstream consumers tuning into the Olympics,” Vizio’s director of marketing, Jason Maciel, said as part of the announcement. The XVT line was announced last month, and is shipping now.
