The special event was the grand prize in a national "One-on-One With Magic" promotion co-sponsored by Best Buy and Samsung's Four Seasons of Hope charity for children. The promotion raised $140,000 for the Magic Johnson Foundation, which assists community-based organizations with HIV/AIDS prevention and education initiatives.
