Vizio is rolling out three 1080p high-definition flat-panel TVs – the first products in the XVT (for eXtreme Vizio Technology) range it is launching this summer and fall. The LCD manufacturer Vizio announced this week that it has awarded its inaugural “Vizio Top Value Performer” award to quarterback David Garrard of the Jacksonville Jaguars. The flat-panel TV maker Vizio announced Tuesday that it has signed LaDainian Tomlinson, the San Diego Chargers running back who was named the National Football League’s Most Valuable Player last season, to an endorsement deal. The running back will appear in print and television advertising, while also making personal appearances at events.
