Dwain Hughes, 53, chief financial officer of RadioShack Corp., died at his Fort Worth home after a brief illness. Hughes joined the company in 1979 as an internal auditor after active service in the U.S. Air Force in audit management from 1971 to 1979. Leonard Roberts, chairman and chief executive officer, announced the appointment of Loren Jensen, the company's vice president of finance, as acting chief financial officer.
