ihiji this week announced the launch of its new Client Care Plan. The plan, the company said, consists of "a package of templates which provide dealers a complete roadmap for the successful creation and sale of service contracts."

Ihiji announced Tuesday that it is now shipping the INV-APP-500, a new energy-efficient emote network monitoring appliance. The product retails for $200.

ihiji will show its remote systems monitoring and servicing solution, Invision, at CEDIA Expo in Atlanta this week. The company will unveil several new features, including two-way communication, real-time remote systems restart, reboot and repair.
