By Paul M. Sabbah Vice president, Business Development Techcraft Manufacturing If consumers are confused about the transition to digital television, they sure don't show it through their buying habits. Sales of digital televisions are booming, especially the big-screen variety. DVD sales are exploding, and increasing numbers of consumers are learning how to get HDTV programming, creating a higher demand for HDTVs. All in all, consumers are proving once again that they will always step up when given the chance to enhance their home viewing experience. Hand in hand with big-screen TV sales is a need for furniture that meets the new sizes, shapes, and configurations of home theater systems.
