Tweet of the Day

The nature of Twitter is fleeting. Tweets are there one minute and gone the next, so there's a good chance you've already missed a few quality Tweets today. I'd like to start bringing some of those Tweets to the Social Medicine blog, so that we can give them a longer, fuller life, and maybe head down the page to the comment section to have a little further conversation about them.
