DISH’s custom integrator-related initiatives have escalated, with a 25 percent jump in installer participation in the company’s Custom Integration Program, and luxury installs nearly doubled in the last year, due in part to a new relationship with ProSource and a new revenue-sharing program that makes integrators eligible to receive recurring monthly revenue per qualifying DISH account.. DISH’s Concierge Team, supported by a CI Hotline, provides installers with white-glove service, design help and even technician site-visits. A sample of what was new, on demo at the booth: a extension of Google Assistant voice control, with a dedicated button built directly into the remote, and AirTV’s new 4K HDR-compatible streaming stick powered by Android TV called AirTV Mini, which integrates Sling TV, Netflix and over-the-air channels into a single user experience. The photo shows DISH GM of Custom Integration Frank DeFilippis (second from left), with the DISH Concierge Team, l. to r.: Jennifer Koops, Ivan Hernandez and Wesley Hibler.
