Need to Replace Your Exploding Galaxy Note 7? Here Are the Best Alternatives
Who knew that when Samsung recalled their exploding Galaxy Note 7 devices late last month, they’d be creating a whole new class of criminal? It’s apparently true. As we know, the FAA has effectively banned the devices from being used (and in some cases even being present) on flights in the U.S. And while waiting to board an American Airlines flight last week, I overheard a gate attendant saying that being in possession of a Note 7 on the plane can be considered a felony.
So, with that in mind, how is it that only 13 percent of Note 7 owners have “turned themselves in” to date?
Perhaps you crazies just enjoy living in sin, running from the law, what have you.
The more-likely reason that there are still more than 850,000 Samsung Note 7s out there is because users 1) aren’t sure of the return policy; or 2) they are, but don’t know what phone they ought to pick to replace their explosive device.
We can only do so much to educate the public about the Note 7 recall. But for the rest of you out there who remain on the fence about what phone to pick as your Plan B, here are some solid options.
