At the Sakar booth, Lloyd Gladstone poses on the Voyager line’s Flybrid Sport electric-powered bicycle ($1,799; Q2 availability). It is capable of traveling at a top speed of 20 mph on a 30-minute charge, and offers a pedal-assist function for hilly terrain challenges. Recharge takes roughly three-and-one-half hours. The line is wide-ranging and also includes a kick scooter line for kids called Streamer, which is ‘powered’ by 3 AA batteries to light up its tail lights and to produce a “smoke” stream of water vapor from its tail. It will be available in several colors ($80).
